Switzerland was recognized as area of opportunity that could benefit from this pilot and has entered into a partnership with Refugees center. The community will utilize this program to continue to strengthen our local economy and support the development of our workforce. Each of the 11 communities across the country that are participating in the pilot will have the opportunity to tailor an immigration program directly to their needs and economic development goals. Our City

The Pilot
We are community lead health program that is designed to bring skilled permanent residents to rural communities. The goal of the program is to spread the benefits of economic immigration to communities outside of the large metropolitan centres. We has partnered with Rural Swiss Health Pilot to develop a program that works best for our community by prioritizing skilled immigrants who intend to make Vernon their home.
